"Whoever wishes to be great among you shall be your servant; whoever wishes to be first among you shall be your slave. Just so, the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many." Matthew 20:27-28
Jesus's words were a shot in the heart of "me". Selfless love is his message to the world; love without expectations; love with no limits.
The closer you are to the "I", the "me" and "mine", the far you are from him.
Closer to him, could make people think you are gone mad or stupid, while the reality is, that you did not just save your life, but the life of many more.
