There was a king who did not have a successor, surely because he hadn’t kids… so he asked one day his minister to put an announcement in his kingdom, saying: “we are searching for someone who replaces the king after his death… every candidate must be a God's lover, and surely a people’s one”…
A young poor man saw that he fulfills the conditions, so he decided to go and present himself… but what to do; he is so poor… so he sells his small house just to buy good things to wear…
On the way to the king’s castle he met a poor man who had very bad clothes, and he was shivering from cold… so he stopped by, and gave him the clothes he bought… and continues his way half nude…
When he arrived to the castle, he waited in the hall… and surprisingly, the king enters… the king was the same poor man he met on the way… first, he couldn’t find words… then he asked him: how come you were the poor man and now you are the king?
The king said: how do you want me to know if the person I’m searching for loves the people? That’s how I can be sure that you are my successor…
The young man said: You are sure that I love people and I do so, but how can you be sure that I love God?
The king said: if you love everyone, surely you love who created each one…

Your Curriculum
The way is so difficult, just follow the light
When a young man presented his papers to the company manager, an attestation letter from the priest and the Sunday school manager was included.
The manager was happy for this (something that does not happen often or even), and said to the young man: that is great… but an attestation from the Sunday school and the priest are not enough…
The young man said: why?
He responded: I need an attestation letter from someone who lives with you everyday, not just on Sunday…
How many times do we practice Christianity just on Sunday, and we forget the other days? As if love and faith are for some hours from just a day in a week… (that’s if we are practicing even on Sunday)
